ClearMindDesigns provides web development, hosting, domain registration, SEO, software development, and related services. Certain services may also be provided in partnership with affiliates, such as ScaleSwift.
3. Payment & Billing
- Fees for services will be outlined in your agreement or order form.
- Payments are due as specified in invoices or contracts.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, software, and materials created by ClearMindDesigns remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
- Clients retain ownership of their own content, trademarks, and data provided to us.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Host or distribute illegal, defamatory, or infringing content through our services.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearMindDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearMindDesigns, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
